Zachary Simons, DMS, PA-C
Hello. I’m Zach, and proud to call Buffalo, NY my hometown. My journey in medicine began at SUNY: University at Buffalo, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in 2015, focusing on chemistry and pre-medicine studies. Since then, I’ve been immersed in dermatology, accumulating extensive experience in various aspects of the field.
Continuing my education, I obtained a Master of Physician Assistant (Physician Associate) from D’Youville University in 2021 and a Doctor of Medical Science (DMS) from Butler University in 2022, researching the efficacy and application of handheld high-frequency point-of-care ultrasonography for pre-interventional planning of resectable malignant melanoma.
Being board certified by the National Commission on Certification of PAs (NCCPA) and licensed in New York State, I actively engage in various medical associations such as the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), where I serve as an active fellow. I’m also a diplomate fellow of the Society of Dermatology PAs (SDPA) and a member of the Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA), continuously seeking to enhance my medical knowledge and skills.
Throughout my career, I’ve accumulated extensive experience in neurotoxin and filler injections, alongside a diverse range of cosmetic procedures. This hands-on experience, combined with my unwavering commitment to competency, compassion, and always prioritizing the well-being of my patients, establishes me as a dedicated healthcare provider focused on delivering quality care.

Matthew Bailen, DHSc, MSN, RN, CCRN
Hello! I’m Matt, a Registered Nurse, healthcare leader, and aesthetic injector dedicated to delivering natural, balanced results through a patient-centered and medically grounded approach. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, including over a decade in critical care and cardiovascular nursing, I bring a strong foundation of clinical expertise, safety, and attention to detail to every aesthetic treatment I perform.
As co-owner of Medical Spa Buffalo, I combine advanced medical knowledge with a passion for regenerative and aesthetic medicine. I believe aesthetic treatments should enhance confidence while still allowing patients to look like the best version of themselves. My approach focuses on individualized treatment planning, facial balance, skin health, and achieving refreshed, natural-looking outcomes rather than an overdone appearance.
Patients often appreciate my calm, approachable demeanor and the time I take to educate, listen, and create treatment plans tailored to their goals and comfort level. Whether treating first-time aesthetic patients or those seeking comprehensive facial rejuvenation, I prioritize safety, transparency, and long-term results.
I earned my Doctor of Health Sciences degree from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, along with advanced nursing degrees from Gonzaga University and Daemen University. I continue to pursue ongoing education and advanced training in aesthetic and regenerative treatments to ensure my patients receive modern, evidence-based care using the latest techniques and technologies.
Outside of the treatment room, I enjoy traveling, snowboarding, supporting local businesses throughout Western New York, and spending time with my dogs.
Amanda Jordan, PA
Hi! My name is Amanda Jordan, and I am a board-certified Physician Assistant with a passion for aesthetic medicine and patient-centered care. I completed both my undergraduate and graduate education at Daemen University, graduating in 2023.
After graduation, I began my career as a surgical physician assistant, where I developed a strong foundation in precision, attention to detail, and procedural skill. I intentionally chose surgery early in my career to refine my technical abilities and build the hands-on experience that now translates seamlessly into aesthetic medicine.
My passion for dermatology and aesthetics has always been a driving force in my professional journey. Aesthetic medicine allows me to combine my clinical expertise with an artistic approach to help patients achieve natural, balanced, and confidence-boosting results. I believe in enhancing each patient’s unique features while maintaining a refreshed and authentic appearance.
I am dedicated to ongoing education and staying current with the latest advancements, techniques, and safety standards in aesthetic medicine. My goal is to provide personalized, thoughtful care in a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, heard, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.
Outside of work, I have always had a deep love for animals and grew up fostering kittens. I also enjoy exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Julia Bertrand, Esthetician
Hi! My name is Julia Bertrand, and I am a licensed esthetician with a passion for skincare and helping people feel confident in their skin. I studied esthetics at The Salon Professional Academy, where I learned the fundamentals of skincare, treatments, and client care.
I specialize in facials, skincare, and advanced skin treatments, and I love helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin while also creating a relaxing experience for them. I’m passionate about continuing to learn and grow within the aesthetics industry and staying up to date on new treatments and skincare trends.
What I love most about esthetics is being able to help people feel more confident and comfortable in their own skin. My goal is always to create a welcoming environment where clients feel cared for and leave feeling refreshed and confident.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and anything beauty and skincare related.

Dr. Jay Park, MD
I have been in the aesthetics industry for almost 20 years. Having co-founded one of the largest Botox training institution in the USA, I have consulted and trained thousands of medical providers. Currently, I practice both aesthetics and emergency medicine. We opened up Medical Spa Buffalo to disrupt the medical spa industry, by offering amazing prices for patients while delivering high customer service.
