Terms & Conditions

Effective for the Buffalo Day Promotional Event

By purchasing, receiving, redeeming, or using a Buffalo Day promotional eGift Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

Promotional Offer

Purchase one (1) promotional Medical Spa Buffalo eGift Card with a value of $1,000 for $716.

The promotional offer is available through 11:59 PM on July 16, or until the promotion is discontinued, whichever occurs first.

 

Limit one (1) promotional gift card per person.

Medical Spa Buffalo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this promotion at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

Eligibility

The Buffalo Day promotional eGift Card is available to both Loyalty Club members and non-members.

Gift cards may be purchased:

• Online
• In person
• By phone using an approved Square payment link

All promotional gift cards are issued digitally. No physical gift cards will be provided.

 

Payment Methods

Promotional gift cards may be purchased using:

• Credit cards
• Debit cards

The following payment methods are not permitted:

• Another gift card
• Cherry Financing
• MSB Rewards Points
• Redemption

To help protect against fraud and verify payment, promotional gift cards may not be redeemed until 24 hours after purchase.

Gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible Medical Spa Buffalo services and products unless specifically excluded in these Terms & Conditions.

Remaining gift card balances may be used toward future eligible purchases until the balance has been exhausted, subject to applicable law and these Terms & Conditions.

 

Excluded Purchases

Promotional gift cards may not be redeemed toward:

• Buffalo Day promotional pricing, including $7.16 per unit neurotoxin pricing
• Promotional packages
• Discounted services
• Booking deposits
• Skincare products
• Medical weight loss prescriptions
• Membership purchases or membership fees
• Purchases of additional gift cards
• Any other product or service expressly excluded by Medical Spa Buffalo

Unless expressly stated otherwise by Medical Spa Buffalo, promotional gift cards may not be combined with any promotional pricing, package pricing, membership pricing, discounts, rewards, or other special offers.

 

Appointment Availability

Purchase of a promotional gift card does not guarantee appointment availability. All services remain subject to provider availability, medical appropriateness (when applicable), and Medical Spa Buffalo’s scheduling, cancellation, and no-show policies.

 

Lost or Inaccessible Gift Cards

All promotional gift cards are delivered electronically.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to maintain access to their gift card.

Medical Spa Buffalo is not responsible for locating, searching for, replacing, recreating, or retrieving lost, deleted, misplaced, inaccessible, or otherwise unavailable gift cards.

We strongly recommend that purchasers immediately:

• Save the gift card to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet (if supported)
• Take a screenshot of the gift card
• Save the confirmation email in a secure location

Failure to retain your gift card does not obligate Medical Spa Buffalo to recreate, replace, or recover it.

 

Returns & Refunds

All promotional gift card purchases are final.

Promotional gift cards are:

• Non-refundable
• Not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law
• Not exchangeable for another promotion
• Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Medical Spa Buffalo reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, or cancel any promotional gift card associated with a disputed payment, returned payment, chargeback, fraudulent activity, suspected abuse of the promotion, or any other violation of these Terms & Conditions.

If a promotional gift card has been redeemed before a payment reversal or chargeback is received, Medical Spa Buffalo reserves the right to recover the value of any products or services received through all lawful means.

 

Fraud Prevention

Medical Spa Buffalo reserves the right to:

• Verify purchaser identity when necessary
• Limit promotional purchases to one (1) promotional gift card per person
• Cancel duplicate or excess promotional purchases that exceed promotional limits
• Refuse redemption of improperly obtained or fraudulently acquired gift cards
• Correct pricing, technical, system, or typographical errors
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the promotion at any time, to the extent permitted by law

Transactions determined to violate these Terms & Conditions may be canceled without notice.

 

Promotion Availability

Offer available through 11:59 PM on July 16, or until the promotion is discontinued.

Availability is subject to system functionality and operational capacity.

Medical Spa Buffalo is not responsible for delays or failures resulting from:

• Website outages
• Internet interruptions
• Payment processor delays
• Email delivery failures
• Technical errors beyond our reasonable control
• Buffalo Day Communication

Due to exceptionally high patient volume during Buffalo Day:

• Same-day responses to phone calls, text messages, emails, and social media messages regarding promotional gift cards cannot be guaranteed.
• Messages will be returned as time and staffing permit.
• Appointment scheduling related to promotional purchases may begin on the following business day.

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Medical Spa Buffalo reserves the right to interpret, administer, and enforce these Terms & Conditions in a manner consistent with their intended purpose and applicable law.
