What is hyaluronic acid?
Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance found in the skin and joints. It acts as a cushion and lubricant. Hyaluronic acid based dermal fillers are REVERSIBLE. In the unlikely event that you don’t like your result, BELOTERO BALANCE® can be removed in seconds.
What are the potential side effects of Belotero?

Hello. I’m Zach, and proud to call Buffalo, NY my hometown. My journey in medicine began at SUNY: University at Buffalo, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in 2015, focusing on chemistry and pre-medicine studies. Since then, I've been immersed in dermatology, accumulating extensive experience in various aspects of the field.
Continuing my education, I obtained a Master of Physician Assistant (Physician Associate) from D’Youville University in 2021 and a Doctor of Medical Science (DMS) from Butler University in 2022, researching the efficacy and application of handheld high-frequency point-of-care ultrasonography for pre-interventional planning of resectable malignant melanoma.
Being board certified by the National Commission on Certification of PAs (NCCPA) and licensed in New York State, I actively engage in various medical associations such as the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), where I serve as an active fellow. I'm also a diplomate fellow of the Society of Dermatology PAs (SDPA) and a member of the Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA), continuously seeking to enhance my medical knowledge and skills.
Throughout my career, I've accumulated extensive experience in neurotoxin and filler injections, alongside a diverse range of cosmetic procedures.
